Booking Conditions
Deposits & Tickets
Unless specified, all deposits paid and tickets purchased/issued are non-refundable. In case of cancellation or no-show (failure to arrive at departure airport on time), bookings are non-changeable before or after departure. Once flights are reserved, bookings/tickets are non-transferable to any other person. Issued tickets are also not re-routable.
Price Changes
If you are reserving a flight by making an advance partial payment (initial deposit), please note that fare/taxes may increase at any time without prior notice. The price is not guaranteed unless the ticket is issued because the airline/consolidator has the right to increase the price due to any reason. We always recommend you pay ASAP to avoid this situation. If you cancel your reservation due to any reason, the paid deposit(s) will be non-refundable.
Checking Flight Details
It is your responsibility to check all details are correct: passenger names (exactly as appearing on passport/travel docs), travelling dates, transit time, origin & destination, stopover, baggage allowance, and other flight information. Once the ticket is issued, no changes can be made unless specified.
Passport, Visa & Immigration Requirements
You are responsible for checking all these items. You must consult with the relevant Embassy/Consulate well before departure for up-to-date information as requirements may change. We regret we cannot accept liability for any transit visa issues or if you are refused to board the flight or cannot clear immigration.
Reconfirming Flights
It is your responsibility to reconfirm your flights at least 72 hours before departure with your travel agent or the relevant airline directly. The company will not be liable for any additional costs due to your failure to reconfirm your flights.
Insurance and Baggage
We recommend that you purchase travel insurance. We don't accept any claim for lost/stolen/damaged baggage. You must contact the relevant airline directly in that case.
Special Requests
If you have any special requests (meal preference, seat allocation, wheelchair request, etc.), please advise us at the time of ticket issuance. We will try our best to fulfill these by passing the request to the relevant airlines, but we cannot guarantee fulfillment.
Covid-19
Due to Covid-19, additional entry requirements have been introduced which vary by country and may change with short notice. You are responsible for checking and conforming with entry and exit requirements at your origins and destinations.
If the flight is affected due to Covid-19, airline policies will be applied. The airline may only offer future date changes or credit vouchers instead of refunds. If a full refund is permitted, an admin fee (per person) will be deducted as service charges, and refunds can take up to 3 months.
Important Notice
SkyBridge Travels does not accept responsibility for any loss if the airline fails to operate due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, war, natural disaster, pandemic, riots, strikes, etc. Passengers will be solely responsible, so separate travel and health insurance must be arranged.
